No transfers, simple. I feel Ono is professional enough to give his best untill the end of the season, then we wish him well

If we are thinking of getting another marquee for the end of the season, it would be a good idea to get an Asian for the champions league.

Well as the Wanderers and Popa have effectively resurrected Shinji, and Ono himself has been talking about other Japanese players joining the A-League, why not this guy:

I'm saddened by this news firstly and can understand if Shinji decides to go home and finish off his career. He will be 35 next year so it's very understandable.

Meanwhile, Western Sydney say they have been given no notification by marquee signing Shinji Ono that he intends to sign for Japanese club Consadole Sapporo.

Japanese media reports on Tuesday said Ono had agreed a return to the J-2 club from June, once his Wanderers contract expires, but a Western Sydney spokesman said the club had heard nothing from the player about it.

Sapporo had already made a bid to sign him in the January transfer window.
