Put in every time he was on, scored a screamer to seal the plate, all in half a season...

Just feel really sorry for the guy

That was quick!

I thought he should have at least stayed on for another season.

He's a very versatile player and can play anywhere in the back line which is important in the A-League when your squad size is very limited.

Also would allow us great depth in the ACL

Anyone able to confirm his contract terms when he signed on and whether they might have caused probs for the squad in terms of the cap?

Must say I am disappointed...aside from that freakishly good goal against Newcastle the guy seemed to have the club's interests well at heart much like Tyson...he may not have been on the pitch every game but he was always happy to sell the message about the Wanderers.

this release might come back to haunt us.

there has to be a good reason why he got dropped by brisbane now us? maybe off field drama. otherwise as a player i thought he would definately stay over trifiro

really dissapointed at the decision to drop him, he had so much potential

if he had a few more games under his belt i think he would have been able to impress popa more

well just have to wait and see were popa is going with decisions like this, in popa we trust

He essentially had an extended trial. Clearly Popa saw something that made him say "no".

It could be as simple as "We need a 3rd CB and 2 strikers more than we need another winger".

When I shook his hand after the parade I said I wanted to see more of him next year, his response was shy and I think he knew his fate. Was hanging for him to get a start I'm spewing but I'm not an expert so good luck to him wherever he goes as he's still young.

yh, i guess in the end we just have to except and trust  what popa and the rest of the coaching staff are doing

Rocky will go back to Adelaide (his hometown) and take Iain Ramsay's spot.

A nicer guy you would not find. I believe it was a cap problem.

do you mean a cap problem for us?

could be good in a way if we are going to spend close to the cap for next season, we might have a few $ for a striker or 2.

Yeah he did quite well in his first two games. Seems to be fitting in quite well although id have prefered to keep him around

lol i know but i have tried to do the cap him post and always failed at winning the cap him race so if i posted it here i would win the converted cap him race :P i wonder if Tony is reading the forums and deciding that i must be a genius and then going to re-sign him for next season, that goal against Newcastle was a very impressive goal, i just dont think he got enough of a chance with us but i assume Tony knows better :P

I also think he didn't get a fair shot at WSW and would have preferred if he stayed. He would have come in handy this season. I hope he pops up for some A-league club next season. If he has a massive pre season then I am sure he has a good shot.

Last I heard he was with his old club Polonia/Croydon Kings?

i know he didnt play for us for very long at all but when he did he looked like one of our best, maybe i just have my rose tinted glasses but he did look amazing, he deserves a shot with a A-league club and i would like that club to be ours but its unlikely but i can hope

i am not sure, he belongs in the A-league imo, pity some players just get "lost" as such

I agree Goat maybe he isn't committed enough for the A league and prefers the casual lifestyle of his home town and just enjoys playing part time football?

only rocky knows, but for me he was a left sided player who was good for the Wanderers and he will go down as a Premiership winner and scorer or a cracking goal !!

could be i really dont know what he is like personality wise but i think he is talented enough

Any chance we could re-sign him for next season?

Helluva player that has a helluva shot!

If the club has only announced re-signing players from the bargain bin, I think he would still be the treasure in trash.
