id like to see him slot into CDM alongside mateo or larocca with bridge as the #10.

could be the mooy replacement we've lacked this season.

Can see his fitness getting better again tonight, same game time but he had a lot more energy & made a superb impact on the game (not just his goal).

Would love to see him after two months of proper training with the boys & possibly dropping a few kgs too could be phenomenal how good of a player he could be for us!

Would have liked him to play the 90, but the last thing we need is another injury to a player who hasn't played many matches in the last 1 1/2 seasons.

Great signs!

He had a quiet start against the Mariners but hit the ground running last night. We must make his move permanent.

His first touch was good last night, something lacking from many of our other players (why do our forwards have the touch of a centre-back?).

Think he could be great once he gets a little fitter, not as creative as what Saba intents to be, but he seems fairly reliable at the moment.

I like him, the passion after he scored that goal has been missing - watch him against City when he has revenge burning, he's going to tear them apart.

Injury replacement contract ended as Santa is back.

I hope he stays on, and is slotted back in.

With Takahaji now in the A league squad. Can we keep Kalmar in the ACL squad for the mean time?

Yes he already signed a ACL contract.

Hope he sticks around and doesn't go to the Thai league or something... He's been great value.

Since he and Santa are playing against City it looks like he's been promoted to the full squad.

I'd say that Baccus has been signed to the first team, but as he is injured Kalmar is coming in as an injury replacement.

He is definitely not a defensive midfielder. Likes to hold onto the ball for tonight and his ball placement is shocking. Him playing a wingers role or up front is alright because if he loses the ball we still hAve plenty of players behind him to cover his mistakes

I think Popa was going for the one defencive midfielder and then one deep lying playmaker (Kalmar).

worked well for us in season one with mooy and poljak/larocca.

The Glee crew is guilty as charged but in relation to Kalmar,

And what's this got to do with Kalmar?

Kalmar is out in Korea for next 13 weeks or so either trialing or playing there.
