Big thank you to all our amazing supporters who braved difficult conditions tonight to cheer us on to victory!

You proved you're number one last year but tonight you proved something fresh.

15,500+ people turning up in the rain and creating an atmosphere like you did shows how genuine you are in your love and support of this club and in the words you chant for 95+mins!

"Win or lose we will always follow you. Let it rain and pour, we will sing for evermore!"

For that you will always have the 110% genuine support in return from myself and the entire playing playing group as well!

JT always gives his love for the fans. Great to see.

I know this may sound unfair but his value as a reserve goalkeeper is nowhere near as deep nor as important to our club than his efforts to engage with fans and the wider community. I know every player in the squad at some time or another stumps up for charities, personal appearances, gets on social media etc but Jerrad just keeps putting in 110% effort to keep the faithful on song and make sure the Wanderers message is out there day in, day out.

If he ever gets the chance to play I will be one of the first to stand up and cheer him, but right now his work off the paddock is simply sublime.

When he does play, if he doesn't receive the biggest cheer for a player that Wanderland has heard, then i will be very very disappointed. He's a top bloke

Depending how we are traveling in both the ACL and the ALeague, I'd probably pencil Jerrad in for Round 23 vs ADL, and/or Round 25 VS CCM. Round 27 vs MH is probably a go as well.

Or I could have just quoted ATP's post and said "^^^^THIS"

I can't wait for the crowd reaction the first time they read out the lineup before a game and Tyson is in the starting XI. It's going to be massive.

I hope he gets a big cheer. I fear most people don't know what many many hours he's spent being an awesome, arguably the best off-field ambassador for us, and will just go "huh? who's this guy"

An absolute legend who deserves a massive cheer when he is announced... Can't wait.

Shame his first game for us is about as far from Parra as you can get in the A-League. His home debut is going to be massive.
