Mazel Tov! I feel sorry for his mum having to push out a fully grown adult male, hope she's recovering well.

He’s been a bit average but slowly getting better, still a long way to go.

If the answer isn't The Hoff then they watch a completely different game to me

He's done well but needs much more to become a regular Socceroo

well deserved surprised he only has 4 caps, but I remember he had a few injuries in Germany. He is definitely knocking on the door with his versatility as a striker.

In the post derby presser, Rudan said something about “new heroes” - and here is someone who may just have the goods, and put on the big shoes that have been vacant since Santa left.

His “they deserved nothing” interview. Getting the paramount team to do the post game interview in front of the RBB. Waving the RBB flag. Plus: a top performer, week in, week out, and the first player to make the Socceroos since - what? - Spiranovic? He loves his football, he loves being here. And I finally found the name that I’d like to see on my New Jersey.

What more could we ask for?

How long a contract is he on. Hope he stays to be a legend rather than goes off to BL2 again

Looking at the player database he's here for next season at least.

Borello scored for the Socceroos! Was decent overall. Vid is not his goal unfortunately.

He played well. Much more effective than Taggart, Cummings or Maclaren. Almost seamless from club to national team.

And scored the rebound with his left foot

Someone needs to tell Borello he could've done this at the replica Harbour Bridge in Warwick Farm! Would've been just as romantic with the traffic streaming past on the Hume.

Gebuineky thought this but decided I'd give him a pass on this one

Till the end of next season (2023-24)

it will cost someone if so then, unless we give a firm no, but it's academic until some one enquires, but his form must be attracting admirers, worryingly for us.

He's reportedly going to get the call up for the friends in England next week.

"Friends in England" has a better ring to it than the Football Ashes, tbh.
