Wondering about the pre game text message. Given that the team isn't finalised until not long before kick off, can you imagine the scenario where at the stadium 5,000 mobiles all go off at the same time and everyone checks their messages?

I agree. I have been personally impressed on how everything has happened. Once the club got announced I was a bit concerned by the time limit but the FFA have done an outstanding job. Especially Lyall.
