Heres my prediction for wins+draws and the subsequent table

Auckland FC: 3W 1D = 10pt (beating Perth, Vic, WU)

Western United: 2W 1D = 7pt (beating perth, Brisbane)

Melbourne City: 2W 1D = 7pt (beating CCM, Brisbane)

Melbourne Victory: 2W = 6pt (beating NIX, Bulls)

Western Sydney Wanderers: 3W = 9pt (beating WU, Jets, Bulls)

Adelaide United: 1W 1D= 4pt (beating perth)

Sydney FC: 2W 1D = 7pt (beating adelaid, jets)

Table:
1. Auckland = 55
2. WU = 45
3. WSW = 44 (ahead on GD)
4. MCFC =44
5. MVFC = 42
6. SF = 37 (ahead on GD)
7. AU = 37

I've had about 7 scotches. If the maths doesnt add up, please dont hesitate stfu and say nothing

No points for Smurf ACL2 games then?

This could be handy as well: https://www.worldfootball.net/table_calculator/aus-a-league/

Put in the your predicted scores for each game and then it'll show you where the teams would each after the completion of each round. Also, you'll need to click on Round 16 as Brisbane Roar vs Adelaide United were supposed to play against each other that round but got postponed due to Cyclone Alfred.

I doubt they give money for beating a NPL quality team in a stadium with a massive running track round the outside and cars parked behind one goal.

To be fair Sydney's last opponent was good, but they now play a semi final against a semi pro quality team

We will play Sydney somewhere in the finals I'm sure of it

Likely. If it all goes how im thinking, it would likely be a home derby in the first round of the finals.

The result of that will be totally based on mentality.

Last time we totally bottled it, Rudan semi.

Last sydney derby we blew then away then choked. I think we will have learned from that. They really aren't all that, their defence has problems

If you put in 1-0 wins to whoever is ahead on the board you end up with WSW finishing 6th and only getting in the finals by a goal difference advantage over Newcastle. Playing WU away in Week 1 of the Finals. Smurfs & Macarthur don't make it.

My gut feel is we finish 5th Sydney 6th if I put the results in for each game we finish 3rd but that's because I'm such a postive Stajdream Believer

Me too. Adelaide are in free fall, so I'm assuming they drop out.

There is also the possibility that at our final game against the bulls we are both contending for 6th spot, which would turn it into effectively the first round of the finals for both teams.

We are in the 6 as it stands, have a reasonable run in and look like scoring multiple goals every game, unbeaten in many.

It’s all in our own hands and don’t need any favours. If we can’t make the 6 with final games against the Jets and Cows then we really don’t deserve it….

Not to make the 6 from here would be a major stain on Staj. It’s needs to be the kinda pressure he can handle to win a contract extension.

I hate the fact the next game is a 5pm Sunday kick off….We need Sat night under lights at this stage…not these lazy slow Sunday dinner time stuff.

I, for one, am looking forward to a pre-game Sunday dinner somewhere near or in Parramatta :xnod:

Yea I think 5th is where we land. Adelaide in free fall and Macarthur needs to win all the remaining games that includes Victory and us.

Every game now should be treated as finals to build confidence into the finals. But it truly is a toss of a coin between City and Western United against us for the next few games.

We are at home, we should be beating WU that gives us a genuine Top 4 chance

As you all know It's a Kind of Stajic
