mack Posted March 31 Posted March 31 Auckland FC vs Western Sydney Wanderers VS Date: 05/04/25 Sydney Kick-Off Time: 3:00PM EDT Round: 25 Competition: A-League Regular Season Location: Auckland, New Zealand Stadium: Mount Smart Stadium View full record
GunnerWanderer Posted March 31 Posted March 31 This is the game where we find out if 2 baby CB’s can handle the pressure if they do our season is still not over if we cop 4 then put a line through us because Staj will know this is the type or game that will make or break them. I would take 0-0 Smoggy, EmMac and mack 3

Smoggy Posted March 31 Posted March 31 Going for a hard fought season 1 CCM away style win....2-1 to us.
Sithslayer1991 Posted March 31 Posted March 31 Just take the chances that we create. We failed to do so last time. We need to be on those scoring opportunities. BoyFromTheWest and WSWJACK 2
WanderingToquii Posted April 1 Posted April 1 I think we're going to cause an upset on Saturday. A win to us and Corica spitting the dummy. nmh94, matty, WSWJACK and 4 others 7
William Posted April 3 Posted April 3 Hopefully we cause an upset and then hope Adelaide causes Talay some heartburn in Adelaide
Sime11 Posted April 3 Posted April 3 Score a couple of goals and we get a point minimum - if we lose this, its to the best team in the comp who will win the league - should be minimal pressure on the boys this week cant help but feel we lose this game, only to play Auckland in the finals and we get a result (huge call i know) In Stajinator we trust StringerBellend 1
Sithslayer1991 Posted April 3 Posted April 3 I think its important to get a result here whether that is a draw or a win. Getting into finals and our upcoming to games against the Melbourne sides you want some confidence and morale in the team. Getting any sort of result against Auckland is massive positive to give us momentum for the finals push. StringerBellend 1

Smoggy Posted Thursday at 07:00 PM Posted Thursday at 07:00 PM (edited) I think this graph accurately depicts our general chances in Auckland and the finals in general A cat will always land feet-first and buttered toast always lands butter-side down.. that's us right now.. with the table as it stands..... a falling cat with buttered toast strapped on it's back..... TwoLeftFoots Posted Saturday at 03:35 AM Posted Saturday at 03:35 AM I think our chances hinge on borello not tripping over the ball in the front third. If he can handle that, we should be OK. matty 1

All right I’ll bite, wtf is that all about, 🤷♂️ what’s next a somersaulting dog with a oiled up salami duck taped around it’s head 🤦🏻, anyway back to footy, Auckland are having a dream debut in A league, they are getting the breaks and performing well , all the best to them welcome to the league, but today Western Sydney Wanderers are coming to town and get ready to get your bubble burst, tough game but I am confident of an ambush in NZ, we may let you score but our front line is going to tear you a new today rather than boy

The most obvious selection change required has finally been corrected. More consistent crossing and a significant upgrade at LB, get after it Gersbach
