mack Posted March 18 Posted March 18 Illawarra Stingrays vs Wanderers Women NPL VS Date: 23/03/25 Competition: NPL NSW Women Location: Berkeley, New South Wales Stadium: Macedonia Park View full record 102megan 1
102megan Posted March 23 Posted March 23 Curious to see if things start improving, once we actually have the Head Coach in attendance of matches? (as they keep clashing with the A-League Women’s matches).
StringerBellend Posted Wednesday at 07:17 AM Posted Wednesday at 07:17 AM Given the level of investment we put into the A League Womens team, what is the set up for the NPL team?

Sithslayer1991 Posted Wednesday at 09:43 PM Posted Wednesday at 09:43 PM Yea I am not expecting miracles from the academy. The club can barely put up a competitive Senior women's team. But the club can't be blind to the possible transfer fees the girls can get. Sure its not as big as in the men's but so far I think only Clare Hunt is the only player we have received a transfer fee. Would have been something close to what the club got for Yengi.
MathyouWSW Posted Friday at 09:18 AM Posted Friday at 09:18 AM I see as a way to recruit girls from other clubs in the NPL division, get them developed, get them into the Wanderers Women's team and eventually become to be a competitive squad. It's going to be a long procedure to get there though.

Which is likely what will happen we haven't had a problem finding and signing good young players it's the hanging onto them that has been the problem MathyouWSW 1
