Yeah...will be looking for dinner in Surry Hills pre game...any recommendations? @Unlimited usually has a few.

There's an American diner I've always wanted to try in Surry Hills but haven't got to visit yet

Was planning to go there with a date but we all know that's not happening any time soon...

Maybe take a prune instead?

I think the lineup for the Derby would be the same as the Adelaide game and if Thomas is fit, he should take his place in goals with Holmes dropping to the bench.

That's my guess, if it was me I'd be putting Mata in from the start instead of Brillante, if we are going to play out might as well play out to someone who can control the ball

Dove & Olive is decent imo

The D&O is indeed quite good.

My tip however is a little further up Devonshire Street.
The Shakespeare Hotel.

It's a proper old school pub.
With nice beer.
And proper no nonsense food.
Ideal for a few pre-game pints and a feed.
Usually there's a something decent on the 'special' menu.

Because the Light rail stop is just outside,
it's possible to squeeze in an extra refreshment if required.

For the Yengi 0-1 game,
myself and a few other old blokes,
chowed down the special Pie & Mash
and got stuck into a session on Grifter

Doesn’t look like there will be any trains on Saturday… I’ll consider the ticket price a donation to the APL I suppose lol

No....this is where the Yorkshireman in me kicks in....

I bought the ticket and will get my moneys worth out of it regardless of the struggle getting there..

Anyway...you live in Chatswood and there will be a metro bus replacement...

Stop being a fanny all the time and get to the game!

So are members supposed to be entitled to a free ticket to this one? I've used the code provided and the tickets are $37

Rail strike breakthrough. There will now be a (limited) train service this weekend, so full strike averted.

My suggestion would be to still allow more time though.
