Anyone feeling positive about this, my early season optimism usually goes much longer than this.

I think club has worn me down.

2 games in this season and I can't see us doing anything

- terrible fullbacks

- unconvinced by CBs

- lack a dominant midfielder

- 3 wasted visa spots

- idiotic tactics

- total lack of pace and urgency

- a Kopite coach

Add players played out of position.

Best thing to do is pretend you're watching an under 7's game

Less stress that way

"Good work Jack, you kicked the ball" :clapping:

But first you gotta kick it!

Have to say, I feel the same. Its usually week 5 or 6 before I'm completely dejected. The worst part is im passed the dejection stage... completely skipped it. The club is just starting to feel hollow for me now

I'd argue we've wasted all our visa spots because Antonsson is no where near up to scratch. Wookie is weak as piss. Mata I could maybe give some time to. And through no fault of his own, Kraev so far has mostly been used as a winger instead of a 10 like he did for Welly. And then theres the actual wasted visa spot where we decide to constantly wait 14 rounds to see if we suck a lot or a suck a little bit. We all knew the weaknesses before the season started. Staj did nothing

Anywho... 40 points is the delta for the finals. Hopefully Mr Veart offers us a little leg up with some equally **** decision making

Probably have missed less than 10 home games since our first in season one. Today is the first game I’ll be missing, not because I have something more important on (and over the years it had to be something pretty damn important for me to miss a game!), I have nothing on at all, just CBF going out to Parra to watch a repeat of the same continual garbage.

I will though be there next Friday night. I’m not at the point where I can miss two games without reason!

Nailed on 6 - 0 win tonight for us then

Heading out with Jnr to the game , beautiful weather….anywho , say hello if you see us , I’ll be in a WSW jersey…😜

You’re the one with the short hairy legs that looks like Mussolini…I remember the description from a few season back.

Watching the Perth gloryholes now playing half decent football after playing poorly in the first two rounds makes me hopeful that we can be decent too. Their players are looking up and passing forward to a free player which I hope we could do one day.

I bloody hope you are right.

I live 20ish minutes from the stadium, I’m on the way when we go 3-0 up!

The old boys that just came out to celebrate the ACL anniversary would put a hiding on the team we have playing tonight. As in the 2024 version of the old boys.

Not sure about that goalkeeping

Or the defending.

Every attacker in the game will follow in a shot, yet our defenders jog and ball watch expecting the keeper to catch it.

What position did Perth finish last year?

I know the answer BTW

Did our club?

With the best striker in the league

That takes some special levels of defence

I mean fair we should be doing way better on that front it just didn't look like a shot that should have caused too many issues

I miss when we were known for our amazing defence
