I'm either too negative or now being accused of being too positive. If only there was a sensible middle ground I could take.

Seriously in a lot of ways my position hasn't changed and is probably similar to  VedranRozic.

He's doing ok, make finals and do something in the finals like maybe wind something  Staj, before I name kids after you.

So far it looks promising we are playing some nice footy. But (yes a massive cliche) it's a results game, it he can't make the top 6 with what is a good squad (maybe a CB short) then for all the pretty footy it will be a fail from me.

But seriously the thing with Staj is

The only thing on this Forum that is annoying are the pop-up adds. Everything else is mostly amusing and a nice distraction from the real world.

Although @StringerBellend you do need to see someone about your bipolar. One of the worst cases I ever seen.

Thats why I am sitting on the fence regarding Staj, sure he's got us into good run of results but I am not entirely convinced because as you have said we have seen this before

We're on 36 points after 22 games. That's the third highest in our history for this point in the season, behind only the premiership winning first season (44 points after 22 games) and the 2015-16 season where we finished second by one point (38 points after 22 games). We have more points at this stage of the season than 2013-14, when we finished second and made the grand final (34 points). Staj is the first manager since Popa to get over 34 points after 22 games.

We've also improved as the season has gone on. Our first 11 games were 4W, 3D, 4L, 26F, 22A, +4GD. The next 11 games were 6W, 3D, 2L, 24F, 15A, +9GD.

The wheels could fall off, but that would be a change in form rather than more of the same.

We have improved. But following this club since foundation there is always the doubt hahaha.

Staj has done great but the next 2 games could force the club into squeaky bum time if we don't win one of them.

Staj isthe manager not appointed by Lederer. Perhaps it was a 1 year contract because of that. 

I would expect a 1 or 2 year contract extension. 

Have we ever seen a Wanderers team score this many goals? Finals football beckons.

Ya know maybe Staj May walk at seasons end if Wanderers powers to be don’t offer him a decent contract.

there gunna be a lot of coaching jobs in the A league next season 

Adelaide need a new coach 

Newcastle maybe 

Sydney FC if Talay can’t make the 6 and win Asia a good fit for Staj

Western United if Alonso gets the Matilda job

Perth not for Staj

That's for the seasons end for us to work out. Last thing we should do is hand out another premature contract renewal like we did with the Rude Boy.

If he delivers us a decent run in the finals I'd hope the club would have a contract in front of him pretty quick.

Surely the club has told him what his KPIs are and if they're achieved he'll get a new deal.

Realistically he'd be mad to leave unless those KPIs aren't met. Having to start again with another club would be more difficult than building on what has happened this season with WSW.

Also Talay and Sydney are three points behind us and in the semis in ACL2. Hardly cause to sack him and replace with Staj
