A-League Women & WSW Women 2024/2025

I've seen player signing/resigning announcements earlier. I imagine they've been holding off since then until closer to the season starting.

But why?

It's unprofessional.

So they have multiple announcements to build the excitement leading up to the season kicking off?

Move over Liberty.

I was in the market for a blender so I’ve been browsing the Ninja range

Seems to have good reviews on Reddit so I’ll get one - sponsorship works :xnod:

Honestly quite excited to try it out - am I old? Clearly

I generally find pouring from the tap doesn't need any blending. On occasion, if using an additive, stirring with a spoon works well.

I'm older than you.

You will notice another name in there as well - Siena Arrarte - Assistant coach of Mens teams daughter - his son is also in the NPL squad this year - it doesnt take them long to look after themselves

Depends I haven't seen enough of the A-league women outside of our women's team. Is Anika Stajic a good player?

I wish we could squash the neopotism in football but it exists at all levels here like a cancer.

She any good?

It’s worth keeping in mind that she’s coming from not one tier down (NPL NSW) but two tiers down (League One Women’s). There’s a significant difference between the talent in those leagues.

The next Japanese player we’ll announce, Aya Seino, got the Golden Boot in League One Women’s - so will be really interesting to see how she goes at this level.

Interesting, I did remember Robbie Hooker was saying at the forum that he's only going to sign foreign talent from the NPL.

Fair point and whilst I haven't seen them play, there's a fair bit of comment flying around Women's football circles that there are a number of players in League One who's ability is well above that level, but clubs are paying them amounts they find difficult to refuse.

So that's why my kids fees are so high!
