So they're the anticapitalist supporters of a club owned by an American billionaire who made his fortune in the insurance and mortgage industries?

Cool...

Who is also a massive donator to the Republicans & Trump...

It seems to be an earnest attempt to start a group but I wouldn't be surprised if we never hear from them again.

It's common for new active groups to announce themselves before having any significant amount of people, then get little to no additional people join them and fade away without turning up to a game.

Tamaki has lots of meanings in the Polynesian language but more so relates to 'Battles' or 'fight' Maori and in Tahitian.

So I find it very ironic that every fabric of their club is built on capitalism and these guys are dead against it and have hijacked the word Tamaki for their own political agenda.

Looks like Hiroki Sakai has signed with Auckland FC

That's brilliant

I'd like to announce the new Western Sydney Wanderers "Inner West Hipster Active Group" they will focus on supporting their team by an electric mix of new footballl chants crafted, from early Echo and The Bunnymen, Raido Birdman, The Saints, The Smiths, The Cure, The Specials, Pulp, Oasis but only the first 2 albums and then done with a sense of Irony perhaps to keep it contemporary and provide a outlet for younger members we will consider a the 2 recent Bar Italia albums and Yard Act.

In between supporting the team, the group will be campaigning for micro brewery beer, pulled pork sandwhices and a Vinyl Record fair to be held every month.

its a great stadium but its in the middle of an industrial estate without a pub anywhere near walking distance it seems. the one i went to pre-match when we played the nix doesn't seem to be there anymore.

it's a weird place around there. for instance, their "The Tool Shed" actually sells power tools. strange.

Maybe they're being ironic and you're supposed to check the back entrance.

Auckland FC hasn't even kicked a ball yet in the A-League and it seems they're already getting hated by some A-League fans.

Great stuff.

The 'Caeceres rule change' has not been approved by the FA yet. According to Vince Rugari the FA may reject the change which means the Paulson deal cannot go ahead. This is embarrassing from APL.

They may have been willing to allow City and Auckland to do this due to the loss in revenue/ club distribution.

Got new investor to prop up Foley.

Also the Paulson "transfer" with the Caceres rule looks like it will be changed making it legal for City and Auckland to loan players from the parent club.

Modern footy is ****

There's a whole heap of kiwi slangs they could have used

The Fish & Chips derby
The 6 for 66 derby
The Choice bro derby
Cuzzy bro derby
Chur bro derby
The sheeperino
The Jafa
Once were Warriors derby

Cringe, they should stick to singing traditional Maori songs and the Tamaki tribe Haka

I think you need to have at least attended a match before you can start claiming that nobody likes you.

Ironically, I think saying that does the job.
