McGree has had injury issues and hasn't been a regular starter for the Boro, he hasn't been at his best form either, he has looked short of match fitness. He didn't play our last game at all.

SO...I really don't know what good it was sticking on a plane amd flying him half way around the world to play 90mins, when he hasn't been doing that in the Championship 

He is a very good and important player for the Boro when he is fully fit and in form.
