Description: Young defender who moved to Croatia as a 16 year old before returning to Australia in 2020. Although he didn't make any appearances in his first year at the club, he did enough to gain a contract extension and began to play more after a serious injury to Rhys Williams. After the 21/22 season he left the club to join Livingston in the Scottish football league.

Looks like after a baptism of fire against Rangers Cancar is now comming off the bench for Livingstone. Most likely to get some development and learning experience. Also being deployed as an LB which is interesting.

Since the Rangers game Cancar has been mostly on the bench. Has not been on the pitch since August 14 against HIbernian as a sub. I guess developing his game more, coach is continuing with unchanged defensive 4. Must be tough to be in a sort of limbo

Was reading that after being dropped in August he wasn't getting a look in and Livingston wanted to off load him in January. That's the way it goes sometimes, would replace Elsey at the Jets.
