Looked him up on transfermarkt. He was at Athletico Mineiro and got loaned out to Spezia Calcio for a season. Once the loan ended Spezia bought him for EUR1.25m. After a season with them where he made 16 league appearances he was released on a free transfer back to Athletico Mineiro.

Either he was a dud or that's some fancy money laundering.

Also as a midfielder he's scored one senior goal, back in 2016.
