Looks a cut above the average foreigner that rocks up ready for a holiday. Appears to be that even at 33 he gives a ****. One thing he has that martinez never had is that he seems to know whats happening around him as he receives the ball. martinez almost always had to look up and read what was happening then make a decision. Cejudo seems to have something in mind when he gets the ball. He seems very comfortable shooting from outside the box as does Roly. I see some goals in those 2 this season. Valter43, DinoPresinger, Edinburgh and 1 other 4
btron3000 Posted October 8, 2017 Posted October 8, 2017 But but but why do we only ever sign players we've never heard of?? Stupid facebook people - there are literally hundreds of great footballers around the world - we just gotta find em and get em here. Got one here. Valter43, Edinburgh, GunnerWanderer and 4 others 5 2
luisenrique Posted October 8, 2017 Posted October 8, 2017 Great skillz, great pace, great attitude. This guy is gonna tear the league apart.
Zelinsky Posted October 8, 2017 Posted October 8, 2017 Does what Castro doesn't: defensive work. Makes life for the FBs so much easier.
GD07 Posted November 8, 2017 Posted November 8, 2017 Needs to step it up, we’ve only seen flashes. More end product. btron3000 1

Unlimited Posted November 17, 2017 Posted November 17, 2017 I feel you don't get to 76 on FIFA if you're not good I'm not sure he's just adapting well to the way we play the game here - from memory, Diego Castro took a while to get going too: https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/diego-castro/leistungsdatendetails/spieler/57791/plus/0/saison/2015/wettbewerb/AUS1/verein/970
Zelinsky Posted November 18, 2017 Posted November 18, 2017 He mentioned in an interview a couple of weeks back that the three Spaniards are still getting used to the physicality of the HAL. And the refs, I'd say. Paul01 and Edinburgh 2

luisenrique Posted November 18, 2017 Posted November 18, 2017 I've seen them look at the refs in bemusement a few times. That said, the ref for the Italy Sweden game was from La Liga.
Taurus Posted November 22, 2017 Posted November 22, 2017 Week off via cancelled game v's Nix should allow him to recover from the operation on the knuckle of his thumb EmMac, Prydzopolis, Paul01 and 1 other 4

GD07 Posted December 3, 2017 Posted December 3, 2017 I see the impact/influence of Petratos at Newcastle, this guy should be providing something similar.
StringerBellend Posted December 3, 2017 Posted December 3, 2017 What is it with wanderers signing players who do ace stepovers but bugger all else
luisenrique Posted December 3, 2017 Posted December 3, 2017 To be fair to him, he's clearly on a much higher level than everyone around him. Hard to have much of an impact if even when you beat your man, which he does often, your options to pass to are Jumpei and Sotirio. MartinTyler 1

Yeah, but there have been quite a few times where he has shown all the tricks to beat 1,2, 3 opponents within a square yard and then loses the ball when he tries to beat them all over again. Maybe part of the cause is your point but I haven't seen it that way.

Really good players make other players look good (or at least put them into position to muck up all on their own!), not hold onto the ball because they don’t trust their teammates. He’s flawed, like all A-League players. Trick is to get the most out of them.
Flytox Posted April 27, 2018 Posted April 27, 2018 cejudo16I wouldn’t like to leave this club without saying some words. I’m grateful to all the fans, to my teammates and to the club workers.
