Apparently has a contract offer from ESFC & Perth, better chance for first team opportunities at Perth due to departures but ESFC will play ACL. Source: 442

Would laugh if he ends up at SFC, then cringe if he starts banging them in.

Can't see him tabling offers from anywhere overseas after such a poor season.

All depends on if he wants to make a sentimental choice or a football choice. Last year he had an offer from his hometown Perth but went with us. I have a feeling he'll choose ESFC over Perth. ESFC have ACL, plus Perth is a rebuild and comes with a lot of uncertainty

At least at Perth he'll be guaranteed first team football, not sure ESFC would give Ruka anywhere what he got here last year plus not sure he'd start but I guess it depends on the signings they make (lost both Ibini & gaimero). Not sure he can command anything similar to what he had last year because of his performances in the red & black.

He probably shunned Perth last season because he knew their situation, + Perth were doing crap seasons prior + WSW were doing good and were Asian champs.....

He'll go wherever they're prepared to pay the most.

but didn't we offer him less than what Perth did? i think he wants to win things thats why he chose wsw as were also in the acl
Yes it was initially reported we offerred him less than what he was getting at Perth but I've also heard stories we ended up paying him more (& paying him as a marquee). So not sure which story I'm willing to believe (don't know if you remember but Lowe ended up making a comment in the media that we offerred him a wheelbarrow of cash so took it which is a bit ironic looking back on Perth's salary cap issues).

It wouldn't surprise me we ended up offering him more after the Troisi debacle. Popa wouldn't have wanted to miss out twice on a potential Socceroo

I have a feeling he'll turn out to be ace for them. He had moments of being ace for us, although those moments never included shooting at goal.

Juric

Ruka saba castelan

It all sounded so good last August

Let's just hope he doesn't turn out to be another Mooy or Elrich, that'll be devastating!

I hear Exercise Bike United might make a last minute move for him.

as long as he doesn't go to AFC Mountain Bike because I heard all their players suffer from being too tired...

Mountain bikers spend plenty of time going down hill, not as tired as you may think!

Apparently has joined Israel in team Beitar Jerusalem on one year deal

Poor move imo
Probably going to hang out with his missus family.

It's a club that celebrates the fact it's 'pure'.. I.e have never had an Arab player.

We was never going to get a look into the NT again IMO.

Not with Leckie and Oar in front of him, as well as a host of young players like Ikonomidis (sp).

Bahahaha ruka and national team.....

King Bridge would be ahead of him in the pecking order.

apparently now that henry, zidane, fat Ronaldo etc have all retired, FIFA have banned bridge from playing international football because countries only have the likes of thin Ronaldo, Messi and Andrew Durante.

Can confirm that this story is 746% true.

When FatHead grew the beard he basically dug his own grave of ever representing Australia.

FIFA should just...

It's more so if he wanted to stay & fight for a position in the National team then he needed to go somewhere he will test himself. I'm not saying that he is a starter or would make a 20 man squad but if he wanted to then he wouldn't have made this move.

This is the club he has moved to.

I hope that he doesn't mean what he said and that this is just the stereotypical thing to say when you enter a club.

Finally Happy to say that I've signed with Beitar Jerusalem! Really looking forward to a successful season with a club! And to play in front of this great supporters! ~ Nikita Rukavytsya" (Taken from WSW Brotherhood)
