How cute, SFC fan talknt about walking out, obviously he either is blind or really has missed more games than he says he has!

Last year the Wanderers won the Premiership and SFC came 7th.

One team averaged crowds over 18,000 and the other got an average of just over 12,000.

Funnily enough, it was the apparently fickle Sydney FC fans who came out in greater numbers than their premiership-winning rivals.

Are you illiterate?

I'm talking about one thing and you're talkig about something else, this confirms you are just as bad as parra SFC, time to leave you talking to yoursel as well!

Patrons.

I will happily change my stance on pyro if next derby we do a big tifo of that yellow sticker and light a bunch of flares under it with a banner that says "You mad bro?" whilst simulataneously all jumping on chairs and wearing bandanas.

Thank you for your cooperation.

On the plus side: "Win or Lose" is the absolute best I've ever heard it. So articulate, I could hear every word clearly.

Also WDWSF was amazing, as usual. I was in Bay 54, and it was pretty awesome getting a birds eye view on things, even though it meant that the screens were too far away to discern what actually went on - i.e. Polenz's "handball"

Well this has been fun while it's lasted fellas. No one can handle the banter it seems, so you won't need to worry about me coming back, it's clearly a waste of time.

Lighten up, and please take yourselves just a little bit less seriously. You're almost as bad as the RBB in that regard.

3-1.

Nice troll effort, yeh I can't understand why WSW had such low crowds in there first season, it just doesn't make sense oh wait..... IT WAS THERE FIRST SEASON OF EXISTENCE

Few things;

- There is an important distinction to be made between racial and religious/cultural vilification. Racial discrimination is unacceptable under any guise, criticisms of particular cultures/religions may be appropriate depending on the phrasing and nature of the critique. i.e. All Arabs are by nature violent - Religion X/Culture X is by nature violent.

- That being said, if there is some truth to the allegations, a lengthy ban is in order.

- Thought we were **** tonight, and not for the first time. Popovic's obstinacy is beginning to wear thin. D'Apuzzo assumed his regular role as liability. Bridge nowhere to be seen. Hersi in lala land. LaRocca's touch and distribution incredibly laboured. The less said about NTS/Beachump/Santalab, the better.

I only sing when I win

Nope. I've missed three Sydney home matches in nine years. We've one a trophy in two years. I sing win, lose or draw.

Unlike the hundreds of NRMA Bandwagoners fans who started streaming out of the stadium with minutes left.

Minutes left is better than your active supporters walking out at halftime and having a sook in the car park.

Dare I say it, I thought Beauchamp had a great game... except of course for that one critical error. He made several excellent tackles and sydney didn't make one chance.  We shouldn't let individual errors and the score blind us to our lads' overall performance. We played better tonight and dominated them more than we did in the last two derbies.

One thing that Beauchamp does so much better than NTS is tackling. I remember Garcia ran at Beauchamp and while NTS would've backed off, backed off and backed off to no end, Beauchamp basically planted himself and won the ball in a fantastic crunching tackle. Was beautiful to watch.

Came on to say one thing. Stop throwing bottles. Was 6-7 rows from the front of bay 3 and copped a full bottle of water to the head. I have no idea why people do it, but stop.

Had no idea what had happened but it seemed some of the blokes behind me managed to identify the culprit, but I'm not sure what happened afterwards.

The capos and some leaders were trying to stop it, so credit to them. Some just really can't hack losing...

Well ok  you guys finally lost a game in our ground don't be surprised it was coming for a little while. be surprised your ****s turned up at a scarfers pub to cause problems

Cove tifo was beautiful. The blue and red hand in hand showing the shared love & passion really made me believe that we can all be friends and cooperate in this city.

Anyone got an ID on the cabbage that threw beer on la Banda towards the end of the 2nd half, tell him not to show up again. T**t.

On the other hand - Gotta appreciate the genuine concern when the la21 guys saw me get hit.

Which pub? I was in central/surry hills area from 330pm and you couldn't go past a pub or watering hole that didn't have wsw fans amongst the sfc fans. Plus there were heaps of security at most pubs around so doubt that anything of any sort substance actually happened.

That's a shame! The good thing about these matches is that people who want to be apart of the RBB can actually participate. The bad is that they throw bottles and do beer showers over la Banda. Hopefully the person next to him gave the person a spray!

I would have to agree, we were lucky last derby to get away with that win. I also agree about megsy but the reason he didn't get my points is that even though he only made one mistake (communication issue with covic really) it cost us the match, forget the third. Even though they did nothing to deserve it, that goal gave them the grip hold of confidence to see out the game. So for all the good he did it was all crossed out by a school boy error!

the lads turned up after the game to cause issues

When you have 20,000 wsw fans leaving the ground, they could pretty much go to any pub along the way to central and it would have some sfc fans in it. Unless they have travelled to the other side of the city to go to a specific pub which is a sfc pub then I can understand they are looking for it. This is why I asked which pub.

In fact I'm not surprised. There was one SFC fan sitting in bay 57 that was baiting a bay full of wsw supporters at the end of the match. They largely ignored him apart from a couple of blokes who wanted to smash his front teeth out. As I said when 20,000 wanderers make there way back to central I wouldn't be surprised if this baiting didn't continue leading to a brawl or two.

Question, had we converted the penalty and not made the two mistakes would you have still said that we were ****?

I admit that bridge/d'apuzzo selection almost reminds me of aloisi picking misfud time after time just because he signed him. Not that popa would have the same fate as aloisi or might lose his job over it but it is frustrating none the less. Apart from these two and the above (two mistakes and missed pen) didn't think we were that bad or were too far away from where we want to be (they had four shots and scored three), resorted to long ball over the top because they couldn't play through us and we had some very good attacks/shots of goal.

Posted

Poor Pen from Bridge. Horrid GKing error once perhaps twice from Covic. Poor pass from Beauchamp and a brain fade from Polenz.

Simple errors that are costing us every week.

As Popa said post game, take out our three errors and what chances did they have? 1 shot in the first few minutes?

Posted

Yes we gifted them the result but that game summed up our season. Last year we were winning games or getting draws, even when playing well. This year, our defence is looking worse by the week. Guys like Bridge are down on form and look like they are going through the motions

We have been playing poorly and have really escaped any heat. The heat should be on now.
