Like it, not much difference (if any) to our home strip (no a-league logo & different sponsor)

-The colour of the visy logo is a bit s**t

-I like the numbers on the front.

-Think its good that they didnt change the kit.

-I won't be buying one. Because I've already spent quite a lot on merch this year and its not a kit that really stands out.

-Hope the players jersey have the date, location and opposition stitched in to the jersey in between the badge and Nike logo

I like it. It's simple, designed well and doesn't have too much going on.

 

Would I have preferred 'VISY' on a black background as they do with the NRMA logo? Yes, but VISY's colour is blue so we can't really do much about that :(

Very ugly, can't believe we have a garbage/recycling company at the front of the jersey. It would be okay on the back.

 

And what's the go with the numbers on the front?

Hope we made a bit with the Visy sponsorship since they have made quite a bit in recent years due to their expansion into Asia.

 

Ray Gatt reported 300k, but my sources indicate this was below the actual figure.

 

As for any differences in the shirt... or anything really that has to do with Asia, it's AFC regulations.

They should have insisted on ViSY being in black and white like the NRMA logo is for HAL. Looks sh!te when the colour scheme of a sponsor doesnt match that of the top! Would have made a massive differance if it were black and white, but the blue blob on the front will not see me buying it!

 

On the positive, cant beat those red and black hoops though!

Love the fact that there is no shitty A-league logo, goes to show how much better our A-league kit would look if the logo was on the sleeve and not the front.

 

Compared to all previous A-league teams' ACL kits we've done extremely well and retained out red & black hoops. All other teams have had kits that look nothing like their regular jersey.

 

Pity it's not for sale as I prefer this to our regular kit.

And the Visy logo looks like someone has just plonked it on with little thought. Maybe my OCD side coming out but should be position equally on the stripes at least.

If you gave WSW half a million dollars for a 6 game sponsorship I'm sure you could get that changed.

Hey guys, if it helps to clarify things, the number on the front is a requirement for all AFC kits.
