West13 Posted September 19, 2013 Posted September 19, 2013 $23 for adult ticket to this. $28 for adult RBB ticket to derby. Economies of scale are all over the place! It will be interesting to see Adelaide's new Barca style and welcome Tareq home!
DamnedUnited Posted September 19, 2013 Posted September 19, 2013 Panthers Penalty Tax for us not showing up for a date and for not even being interested.
ChrisAntakley Posted September 19, 2013 Posted September 19, 2013 Most expensive pre season match in wanderers history. Thank god the panthers will never get a chance to buy my beloved wanderers it would be a sign of things to come Benched and Redhead 2
westofcentre Posted September 19, 2013 Posted September 19, 2013 Small aside - man we have the best logo in the comp! Adelaide will be an interesting team to watch this year. An apparently accomplished coach. Only problem could be the club instability. theguyyouwishyouwere 1
westofcentre Posted September 19, 2013 Posted September 19, 2013 Ps Pax as of this afternoon - 4,400 Tranquilo 1

Burztur Posted September 21, 2013 Posted September 21, 2013 My favourite line after the Adelaide home game. Eugene WAS the best keeper in the A League Redhead 1
ManfredSchaefer Posted September 21, 2013 Posted September 21, 2013 Looking forward to Tomi getting serious time and reminding AUFC that they have lost a future major Socceroo... Balkanite 1
stavup Posted September 21, 2013 Posted September 21, 2013 Anyone know how many tickets we have sold for this game..
Tranquilo Posted September 21, 2013 Posted September 21, 2013 i think pax was around the 5k mark so far
stavup Posted September 21, 2013 Posted September 21, 2013 Pretty poor I think...where are the other 10000 members...this is a big occasion for us to make a statement. simz, Tranquilo and wendybr 3
Tranquilo Posted September 21, 2013 Posted September 21, 2013 hopefully we will quite a few that will buy at the gate so should maybe target around the 6k mark.
ManfredSchaefer Posted September 21, 2013 Posted September 21, 2013 It hasn't been sufficiently marketed in the Penrith district (seen and heard nothing out this way), plus to be honest the location and the opposition is not optimum. Let's face it, we all know that the reason why Penrith isn't a goer as a long term Wanderers ground is because of the distance and access issues for fans coming from places as far afield as Hills District, Gladesville, Campbelltown and Bankstown areas, and for them to come en masse for a friendly is a little optimistic. And alongside Perth and possibly Wellington there is not that much passion about Adelaide. If it was say Heart, Jets or Roar there'd be more interest in the away team. 4000 or 40,000...so long as we bring our typical Wanderers passion and show why we love this club and what it stands for then we are doing our duty. hopefully we will quite a few that will buy at the gate so should maybe target around the 6k mark. If we get that we're not too far off our crowd numbers against Roar and I think Perth at home last season.
