Yeah, one megaphone... pfft. We did well with the one anyway.

Lets see those megaphones make there way into other bays and get everyone singing.

We need to spread Capos out on Sunday.

Either this or invest in more megaphones. Kop, Turner and myself were running in between bays 56 and 57 last game trying to get people into it. If they see someone with a megaphone yelling at them they will most probably sing.

Hahah yeah Steko, don't worry I seen ya ;) Almost got blown away by that cracker too ;)

In regards to holding off Bay 56 until the march gets there, would sending off some people to the game as soon as the gates are open, wearing some form of identity (like fluro vests) to hold off the bay a good idea? I'm sure the bandwagoners will listen if blokes (or chicks) in high vis vests come up to them and explain what the story is.

Already organised and no fluro needed.

I'm the Juggernaut Kopite biyatch!

it's easy to get past you Kop.

you then go on for 45 mins about how Liverpool were good in the 1980's, whilst i take comfort in the middle of Bay 56 :)

I'm loving the fact that half way through the club's first season there's a problem with too many people trying to get into the home end. Pretty awesome problem to have.

What period was it for Spurs????

That's right, sorry, you won the Carling Cup a few years ago.  Marvellous!

Don't worry Kop, you keep talking about 'Pool and I'll crack em over the head with my cricket bat as they sneak past you!

Alright boys.

New to the forum, have tickets in bay 57 this weekend as my wife and son are taking my members seats in the west stand.

Question, i do like to chant and sing but also like to drink alot therefore cant guarantee i can sing for 90 mins, what is the protocol, should i move to the edges? But as this end is sold out will people be trying to occupy there set seats?

If anyone that brings friends to the bay 56 that want to watch the game and do not join in with chants and active support for 90 min. Please tell your friends to sit elsewhere. It may sound harsh, but the boys are trying to achieve one of the best home ends in the league, if not the best. We cant do that with people not joining in for 90 min straight.

Haha, I've already done that. "Can we come to the game?"

"Of course you can, but be prepared to be abused if you don't join in"

"But I just want to watch the game"

"Can't sit with me then, coz I'm not moving".

Champion question mate. All that is required is 100% effort. If you're chanting and clapping when you're not drinking then you'll be doing better than a lot of people.

So got kicked out of my seats in the RBB by guys that were looking at their seat numbers.. Mind you this was right before kick-off so I had no chance of finding other spare seats anywhere near. Ruined by day a tad.

Any advice?

Dont take it to heart mate. Its been a little frustrating for some of the hard core RBB who have been there since day 1.

We have become in a way victims of our own success. Sorry to hear it ruined your day a touch. Dont give up though.

I like new supporters and we need everyone we can get. I was hoping something like this wouldnt happen. Hoping your experience was an isolated incident.

May I recommend heading out to the outer bays and working your way slowly in week by week . I myself prefer to get into Bay 55, on the outer edge, less beer showers, less moshing, just as much passion and singing. You get your head on fox a lot more too.

Get involved with the marches and meeting new people at the woolpack hotel. Say hello to the Capos and the leaders of the group. All are a good bunch.

Sh!t go bud cause EVERY sporting team in EVERY code has a fanatics section which operates under the unwritten "what the **** is an allocated seat" etiquette ... doesn't exist.

I think this is an isolated incident

I've been sitting in Bay 56 since the first game lol. Its not like I'm a newbie. Been to the woolie a few times too.

Anyways, it was bay 55 that the guys kicked us out, it was their first game. Giving us attitude and bridging up to me and my mates. Pretty annoying.

Why are you asking for advice then. You should have just stood your ground. Its GA as far as I am concerned.
