A big over reaction by the police. A very, very big over reaction by them. For shame.

All people have to do is behave themselves and there doesn't need to be any reaction from anyone. The only shameful people are the ones who just don't know how to act as responsible human beings, especially when every person knew that there was going to be a large police contingent as a result of the stupidity at the Macarthur vs Sydney game. There surely can't be any sympathy for someone as foolish to cause a ruckus when they knew what the conditions would be like.

I agree that doing anything knowing that the coppers and secos where gonna be all over it was stupid. The person that lit it (if caught) was the one that should have copped it. Not the 30 or so that copped a beating, pepperspray, the dog squad..apparantly they even had Tazers.

The guy whos in hospital didnt have anything to do with the incident..Justice?..highly un ****ing likely.

exactly. i can't believe the disrespect some people have for the police. When you need help, who do you call? I can tell you it isn't the ghost busters.

Lol you honestly can't believe the disrespect a lot of people on here have for the police?

Did you grow up in Western Sydney?

I do know there is alot of people with disrespect for the police but to me it is ridiculous.

I grew up in western Sydney. Horsley Park, Fairfield and Wetherill Park.

Fairfield boy..then you know the mentality most locals have towards police.

It was only natural that a fair few WSW fans would react negatively to the coppers actions last night.

Each to their own i suppose..

Most of them are no different from you and I.

BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!! Quote of the year contender!!

i seriously **** hate you disco d.ick.

ive never seen you at a game yet you post on this forum non stop

Wait..hold up.

Has DiscoD seriously never been to game?..yet he had over 1000 posts on this forum..hmmm :pardon:

RBB active support members should stick to our facebook group because this forum is full of trolls and heroes that comment on the game when they haven't even attended once.

I understand everyones going to have their own opinion on the matter.

Which is why this is just going to keep going around in circles.

Agreed. Close it.

haha to many threads being opened which are speaking about the same thing on a lot of them. I think there are 3-4 threads going at the moment talking about last nights events.

People can talk all they want for all i care, end of the day us that go to the games, the meetings, the socials etc...we know the facts.

So those supporters who dont go to games and what not...do not think you are not apart of this club, because you are.

HOWEVER, do not try to run rule or talk hard if you will not show your face

When you start getting those numbers week in and week out for a long period of time instead of just against A-league teams..then come on here and flaunt ;)

Even your some of your core said that half of your end last night where 'part timers' that never come to games.

You guys were chanting well for the first 10 minutes...then the incident ****ed everything up.

If I didnt work for myself and have the ability to extend my lunch break, I'd be pissed off right now at you lot for making me read through all this nonsense.

Why are we even discussing this? Why not talk about how awesome the RBB was last night?

Sure the media did this or said that but we won't ever change what the media do, and the only way to try to force a change in their mentality is to completely boycott and ignore them.

When it comes to discussing what happened last night try asking yourself a few questions before bashing away at the keyboard.

1. Were you at the game? If no then all you can do is speculate and speak from a position of ignorance. If yes, continue to question 2.

2. Were you with or near the SUS when it all went down? If no then you can't really say what happened. If yes, you can offer a point of view but need to understand that every story has 3 sides: Your perception, the other side's perception and the absolute unbiased truth.

Personally, I was at the game just like I've been at all Wanderers games. I was right in the thick of the RBB just like always, except the start of the second half when I was at the back of the RBB section talking to my dad. FYI he might be too old to join in with us but he ****ing loves what we do and how we do it.
