Real change of Silverware.

A typo I think, which did you mean?:

- A real change of underwear

or

- A real chance of silverware

Why are we overlooking "A real chance of underwear"?

No need to worry about trackwork or petrol.

The club is putting on FREE transport (bus) from Rooty Hill to the Stadium and back. Leaves At 10.30am and returns at 7.00 pm.

Surely, we could get a few bus loads to go up.

Im presuming tickets can be purchased from the gate on the day.

We are planning to take the bus option from Wanderers HQ, pretty good deal.

So is it going to cost us $30 for a ticket or is there a special deal to watch the Youth final only?

No special deal. The ticket is for Jets v Melb Vic.

I would imagine that the stadium would be empty for our game so you could buy a GA. But the western Grandstand would have the most shade in the afternoon. If you have a child, you can take up the kids go free option. Option does not include being childish.

Anyone know if there is a Subway nearby?

Yes there is actually, two in fact (at least last time I checked). There's one in the Broadmeadow Shopping Centre on Griffiths Road. The other is on Lambton Road on the other side of the stadium.

Only 11 people booked on the bus as of lunchtime today? I would have thought more people would have taken advantage of this

It should have been at the Mariners game or a standalone game at Sydney United or Marconi. FFA don't want people going.

Yep.

Peak FFA to neuter Wanderers support to make it a "neutral" venue. Yet the last 2 NYL grandfinals involving the Smurfs were both held at Gosford.

The only difference with this season to the last 2 seasons are that the W-League that are being scheduled (and broadcast) as double-headers.

On Sunday, the Roar v Canberra W-League game is on FTA TV which is on at the same time as our game against the mariners.  The NYL grandfinal should have been scheduled following our A-League game.

Game day for the NYL boys.

Off to the game with Youngest hoping to see a first-ever grand final win for the club with a blinders all over the park by Grozos, Majok, Tokich, Monge, Hall, and all the boys.

Apparently, Jordan Hall was with Heartless last year.

Wonder if Gombau will be there?

0-0 after 38 minutes, we've looked a little better than City.

Aspro got hit by the keeper earlier, and he's just gone down again with a knee injury and been subbed on.

Just got robbed of the first goal. Corner, Scott hammers it home with his head but ref found some kind of infringement in the box and blew it dead.

Non existent infringement!!

1-0 City. Two defenders let the ball bounce, City player gets in between and tumbles to the ground.

The fix is in. Scott goal ruled out and a very soft peno decision

Majok just got taken down by the city defender & keeper in the box.. no pen given.

1-1! Scott with a well placed finish to the back post.

lol honestly it was a great goal, i missed the first half but got most of the 2nd and the ref has been terrible and a bit ago the goalkeeper(the evil one) made a few good chances, we look like we have some talented youngsters
