Prydzopolis Posted November 12, 2016 Don't forget that this will be broadcast on radio for those of us who can't make it to the gameYou sure?I remember reading a tweet saying they would be covering NYL & W league games. Just realised that it is an away game, so probably not. My bad

Paul01 Posted November 13, 2016 (edited) This weekend can go get ****edOh god First the cricket, then the men, then the women & now NYL Prydz You should have guessed the type of weekend when we get biased ref Jarred Gillett for the HAL game. Not sure who the referee was for this game but the club Twitter was going on about a very controversial decision. Don't normally see that! Edited November 13, 2016 by Paul01
Prydzopolis Posted November 13, 2016 A few things: - I don't buy ref bias, sure he might have given a few decisions against us but I don't think he is out to get us - I don't know if you have followed our WSW Twitter much but I particularly love how they are a bit impartial & love to get a bit emotional when it comes to contentious decisions. This however is received in the wider football community as being a bit "salty" which is hard to disagree with but wouldn't have it any other way! Layles 1

On Gillett, it maybe unconscious.Last year with him, 2 draws and 2 losses. In the derby all the 50:50 decision went to the smurfs. The missus after the Derby, not a football diehard, even said "that ref missed so many fouls on the Wanderers." Plus that handshake with mooner Carney got up my craw. Prydzopolis 1

I didn't even see the press conference when Popa said the same thing except 1 win in 11 games.
