Melbourne City Women vs Wanderers Women 30/11/2024 2:15PM
mack Posted November 27, 2024 Note: This is the first game of a double header with the A-League Men game at 5pm. 102megan 1
StringerBellend Posted November 27, 2024 Brilliant a chance to lose twice in the one afternoon. Alternatively of course a chance to win 2 on the same day. 102megan and Unlimited 2

Davo Posted November 30, 2024 That second goal was annoying. The wall jumped and she was in the perfect place to clear it, but instead turned away from the ball, it came off the back of her head and into her own net. Also wasn’t fun hearing the commentators say at 1-0 that if we equalised it would be our best result at AAMI Park since we’ve lost every game there over the last 10 years. mack 1

Was that just against City or all clubs? Because the Men's team hadn't won there against City since 2015.

They were referring to the stadium specifically so it would only be the women’s team since the men beat Victory there last season. To be fair though, the women have beaten City and Victory away in the last decade but they were at smaller grounds. mack 1
