We are the argument for why the A Leagues need relegation.

Club clearly doesn't give a toss about womens team. Takes special levels of not giving a ****ness to have the area with the most juniors running dead last in a competition where even the top players get paid relatively little.

If there was relegation in the dub half the clubs would deliberately tank their WL side so they could shut down the team and save money.

That's effectively what we are doing

Sham Khamis has been a liability this season. Only had two really good games, and been sent off twice now.

Why she felt the need to hold the ball when it was a corner, then play around with one Roar player, then a second, and then throw an elbow. If she hadn't missed it would have been just a card to her (as the Roar player wouldn't have been able to retaliate). And it was a red as attempting to strike is still a red even if it misses.

Before that she was lucky to not have got sent for dissent, she went out crying to ref on the first goal incorrectly seeing the ball over the line when it wasn't, and then did the same thing on the corner award before the red card incident.

Extremely poor behaviour from the most senior player in the team.

It's been a surprisingly long amount of time to win it considering the state of both our senior teams.

And with that result, we have now won our first Wooden Spoon!! :woah::woah::woah::woah:

Finally that lack of effort by the club has been rewarded.

What an absolute disgrace.

Funny that we have 2 former Matilda's coaches at the club and yet can't field a half decent women's team
