Good initiative to put this on Thursday night. It’s clearly a time slot the execs want to put games on tv, but it struggles to pull crowds. So build up interest in W league by using Thursday. I like.

Bam! I’m liking this Ledbrook already!

Soooo. Down 0-1 after a bit of a keeper's brain explosion. FC  definitely winning midfield but we've just won a couple of free kicks so hopefully.....

Not sure you can really blame the keeper too much. If she stayed on her line Foord would have had a pretty simple one on one. Probs could have come out and then kept her feet, to narrow the angle, but she slipped when Foord took a touch. The main problem was the gaping hole in the centre of defence.

Smurf have Foord, Logazo, de Vanna, Kennedy, plus a few overseas players. Pretty strong lineup.

True enough. Was behind the goal at the time and was willing her not to go for it but take your point on the defensive mixup

Smurfs can afford 4 high profile matildas, wanderers none. How does that work?

Our owners can't be bothered spending money on the W-League team.

3-0 to a stacked ESFC team, not bad considering the line ups

Our women's team are just as bad as our men's team

Disgusting performance. They can make finals or piss off.

Jada excepted she is quality.

Was a very frustrating game to attend. Serious gulf in class between the two teams. As for our number of turnovers....yeah well just a very average night out

Saw you talking to a guy in a 3rd kit and another in a red jacket, couldn't be assed trying to get a beer maybe next time.

Was probably chatting to the ATB host in his shinny new kit

I'd say she probably should have come part way out and stayed big. If you could see she wasn't going to make it from behind then she's got to see it too. She's only 19 though, she'll learn.

The second one, however, bit of a shocker.

Whilst we have signed a number of local 'known faces', many of them are now around 30+ and have probably seen better days. Caitlin Cooper looked well out of it last night leading to a number of turnovers just outside the box.
