Still with the youngsters and none of those players with A-league youth contracts

The goal was BS.

Player on the ground, blocking the keeper from getting to the ball, plays it back to scorer.

Thought you weren't allowed to play the ball/shield it while laying on the ground.

The younger kids are doing well. We'll get our chances

The way that is interpreted in most jurisdictions is that when you are allowed to play the ball if safe to do so.

Shielding the ball on the ground should be an IDK for dangerous play against the player over the ball.

Connor Rose is the younger brother of the Bullsh1tters Lachlan Rose

With promotion secured, the commentator indicated the Gold Coast camp was more important.

I would of thought game time in must win games would give the players more game experience than a camp imho.

:D

Yeah, and plays way better than Lachlan.

Looking at the squad line-up for today's game, they definitely called up some players from the under 20's and maybe under 18's squad as it seems the club's main focus is this upcoming A-League season.

- Luca Pecora, Liam Bonetig, Owen Henderson, Miguel Di Pizio, Alex Denmead, Anthony Pavlesic, Thomas Lopez played majority in the under 20's this season.
- Ayman Gulasi, Marcus Younis and Samuel Bosnjak played in the under 18's
- George Daniel has had only a few games this season cause I believe he got injured in round 1

So the regulars were Jack Gibson, George Antonis, Gianni Di Pizio, Connor Rose and Jakov Melbasa. Plus, they only had 5 on the bench while Tigers had a 7 man bench. It would of been nice to have seen the Wanderers NPL squad in the grand final. But, don't think it'll happen. I honestly think St.George City FA will take it out.

One and the same. He did spend most of his time at esfc, then left and after a few games at wsw and sd raiders he left for ireland. He is red and black, whereas his sister (Mary) who plays for young matildas is a smurf.

Yeah, I thought so.

I remember that Stanic-Floody was playing for the Wanderers this season. The way @THEWANDERERSPOST was explaining it if felt like was there two of them (Steven and Stevan) like they were twins/brothers or something. Plus, Stanic-Floody's transfermarkt page is out of date and the Irish twitter accounts just assumed that was his last club? I don't know.

The same applied for Zac Sapsford's transfermarkt page as it had him still playing at Chester FC (But, I think it's changed now to have him playing at the Wanderers).

Whole thing is really confusing, because all the articles of him signing in Ireland never mentioned him at WSW either, only Sydney FC.

Good that we clarified it though.
