So we miss the finals for a 5th straight season and finish so poorly that we have to play a game just to be able to enter a tournament that my own weekend team made the second round of and the club have the hide to charge members for tickets?

I can’t tell if this is ignorance or arrogance…

Someone has made a terrible error in judgement here

Thanks, I'm unsure if a Rugby affected pitch would have improved or hampered our game.

In x 1.

Because I want to be there.

Because the Wanderers are playing.

Because why wouldn't I want to go.

Because I want the Wanderers to win and maybe me being there with everyone else that goes will  help the team achieve that.

Because I can (considering all the other "because").

Just because.

Because all of the above and more that I can't express in words.

Because, because, because, .......

I was without a club to support in Australia for almost 6 decades. For 10 years now I've had the Wanderers in my life with all the highlights and lowlights in that time.  I'm not going to stop now just because we've struggled or worse for 5 or 6 years. I don't know how many years I have ahead of me or the quality of life I'll have but I hope that I can at least keep going to home matches until my last day.

If you're able to go and haven't got a ticket yet get over it and get your arse into gear get a ticket and go to the match.

In x2 for the exact same reasons.

Too many years invested into this club to give up on them.

You don't have 9 pitches by letting people get in to matches for free.

Petrol prices must be putting at least 3 pitches at risk of survival

Your a better man than me.

I'm done for now, they can basically get to f*** until next season. If they had made it free I'd have thought about it.. But trying to milk an extra few $s off season ticket holders, shows their total lack of giving a f***

But my becauses...

- Our new manager who we signed from interim to permament has done stuff all to show he deserves on a perm basis, we panicked when word was he had another gig. There are only 11 full time club manager gigs in Australia we'd have found someone else

- We have made a total tool captain, who jogs around misplacing passes

- We play a 4-6-0 formation

- Our football is unwatchably bad and incredibly dull

- The last game we put out a side for a laugh

- This is year 5 or 6 of this I've lost count

- The club have had 4 season tickets out of me all year and now want me to reward their shocking performance with another $10

- We have two players I like, and 1 is going to Scotland

- James Triosi

- We have 11 training pitches and seem to produce footballers who can't actually pass or cross

- Our tantric football

- I need retain my sanity

- If I hear us sing the same songs over and over again and jump around like hillsong, when we are 2-0 down to a **** team, I'm going to seriously go mad

- Scott Morrison

PS I'll be there next season (I missed one home game this year) and I aim not to miss any next year

You'll all be glad to know that Lederer has decided not to charge fans entry to Newcastle's game against Perth. It's also been moved from the Edgeworth ground to the Jets normal stadium due to pitch conditions.

If you went to Campbelltown last week, practice that new chant. It’ll get another run.

While the rousing Churchillian style call to action speeches are all well and good, i just cannot give the club another $ at the moment.

Should I go unquestionably..perhaps..I support either view. Good on those that go..but those that stay away in my opinion have a valid reason.
