Honda is out, so that might limit the damage by a goal or two. Hopefully.

The Spanish DM cut us to pieces.

Hoping to see Tate Russell get a shot off the bench.

Victory still paying $2 to win - free money peeps.

#playtheyouth would be good but wont happen, if we hold Victory to less than 3, would be the best worst result....

i genuinely fear 5-0 is on the cards..... everyone who rocks up deserves a scarf from the club at least... this will be hard

A 3 nil defeat and around four thousand supporters at the game.

I'll celebrate conceding 2 goals or less.

Either that, or Riera Hattrick.

Not having a go at you here but you know the club is struggling when you can celebrate losing by just two goals...lol    ....Unless the squad turns up to play, and play to win....it may be more than two.....Gumby Derby debacle type of loss.....hope the squad proves us all wrong.

haha indeed. Expecting the worst, so will be surprised by anything positive.

Also, scattered thunderstorms are forecast. Standard.

Get my Maccas head to the stadium. Get pumped and then angry go home and use the fact that Arnold is coach of the socceroos and vent on Arnold 24 hrs after we got pumped.

I'm tipping us to get something out of this. Not going to be negative in 2019, and resign myself to defeat.

Imagine if everyone showed up. What a statement it would make to the league. A bigger statement than walking out I'd say.

You can sense the fans seething with anger and when you throw in the ridiculous stadium bans and a fairly patronising club email we need to start well in this or the crowd will turn on the team in a big way.

Could get ugly.

Could get ugly.

It should

our crowd is way too passive we have every right to complain about the crap that’s been served up

Obviously I’m referring to non-violent ugly

Anyhow do we think Babbel will make changes changes, until now he hasn’t

we have to try something different in the middle

Grozos?

Roly into the middle?

Hopefully a change at left back too

Marcus is currently thumbing through his well worn copy of William Spokeshaves Henry V for his pre-game talk.

"Stiffen up the sinews, conjure up the blood and get out there and stick it up em"

Remember when the home games at Pirtek against Victory were the second best fixture after a home Derby !

Pirtek full...RBB full and rocking....great travelling support from the Victory..WSW competitive on the Field..overall great atmosphere......Sigh...seems like a lifetime ago..will it ever be the same again.????

What's it going to be? WSW showing up and maintaining structure for 90 minutes, no dumb football goals created at the back, and clinical up front? Or another installment of "Trains Planes and Automobiles"? If it's the latter: which senior player is putting up their hand to score an own goal this time around?

Of course it will. Amazing how quickly things will change when Parra returns and the squad isn't losing most weeks. Short-term pain for long-term gain.
