Anyone think we can somehow get a draw with this makeshift back six? We have been playing decent football lately but don't think we can defend the nix and would like to see an all out attacking game.

If he ever gets on the park!  We've been promised this legendary young player who will rip it up but all he seems to have done is rip his body up and spend the season in the sick bay.  Is this typical of his career to date?

I think he has been okay injury wise until getting injured in a national squad at the start of this season. Since then very unfortunate. I don't know what his injuries have been or whether they are all related to the first one. Hopefully he can recover fully in the off season.

Mariners just did us a big favour. Pinned the Jets back an extra 3 points. We’re still going to have to win every game to even get close

I'll just be happy if we beat the Phoenix and are competitive in the rest of our games.

I want to head into our new stadium next season with a bit of momentum. I'd be crazy, as would all of us, to think we are good enough to make the faux playoff's this season, let alone winning anything.

People said the same thing before Adelaide knocked us off the premiers plate and in the grandfinal. Not at all saying we are going to win it but chasing down a 10 point lead would be brilliant for moral

It is just a shame we have been conditioned to expect far less

Nix Lineup: Kurto, Cacace, Golec, Durante, Kopcyznski, Fenton, Sosa, Rufer, Burgess, Williams, Krishna

Looks like a 343 or 532.

Front 4 looks ok. That's about all that I can say

Bit nervy first couple of minutes

almost breakaway and an almost lethal back pass from us

That wasn't what we needed. Bad pass by Russell. Hard road back to win this.

Speaking of lethal back passes......

Idiotic Tate Russell pass across the defence

he’s been caught out a couple of times under pressure

And now Llorente can’t even beat Fenton for a cross in the box ugh

Sloppy play giving ball away too easy...

FFS another one that vedran should have saved. Wonder who he will swear at this week in response?

We're quite unsettled. We need to take a few moments to compose ourselves. We have a job to do and i beieve we can do it. Focus lads

Rudan has obviously identified our lack of pace at the back. Looking to put balls over the top whenever possible and its working every time. Could be a long night. Any finals hopes hinge completely on getting a win from.this game.

And now GG with a yellow card even though he didn’t touch him

Up there with the penalty awarded a few seasons ago when Krishna tripped himself over

EDIT: ehhhh good curve on that free kick, ugh

Omg, wtf was that Vedran?

They do that every week no matter who they are facing. We shouldn't be playing such a high line.

Worst thing about being down is having to listen to these **** commentators start to get cocky

Never a foul let alone a card. Vadran's lack of movement puzzling.

if we are stuck with that useless **** in goals for 3 more seasons we are ****ed, he is ******* useless.  That free kick was well hit but it was lobby rather than struck as well as hit the net half way up 2m from the post.  Let's wait for the keeper who knows everything to come here again and tell me I don't know what I am talking about, what I do know is he made no attempt.
