I know we shouldn't complain given we actually have some form of media coverage of this pre-season game, and not have to rely on the club's almost non-existent Twitter/FB updates.

However, these commentators are seriously shitting me.

On-topic: Quite concerned about midfield being bossed around. Sounds like Ange has figured out an effective way to pressure us, sounds like Juric has barely had a sniff of the ball. Perhaps Mooy on for La Rocca 2nd half?

I know what you mean - but somewhat disagree.  I think we deserve better than non-existent Twitter/FB updates, AND this poor commentary - ie. full of mispronunciation of names, and a fascination of "fluoro" items of clothing.

Hahaha...how funny..I spent the weekend in Bondi, wearing my Wanderers gear every day of course...I think my coffee cost at least $4 for me more than anyone else...bloody Geordie shore over there let me tell you..thank god the culture is different in Western Sydney..We are cosmopolitan, grounded, hard working and most significantly we have a low tolerance for dickheads.....I dont think they liked my car either with WSW black and red plates..so good to be home..

Let's be blunt...the A-League in Tasmania is about as relevant to the media down there as a game of aerial ping pong between Strahan and Zeehan is to the media up here. Plus our tax-subsidised friends beneath King Island are still in the post-orgasmic joy of having their island linked to Hawthorn, so their concentration levels are probably shot-to-shite.

This highlights another problem with the game and the media; why doesn't the A-League and the FFA have proper broadcast arrangements with a commercial radio station? I know we sometimes get 2UE calling a game and the ABC does as well, but surely someone out there could ask the likes of 2SM or 2UE to enter into a longer term and more detailed relationship with the game.

Just remember we lost to victory 2-0 last year at home. Nothing to worry about
