Western Sydney Wanderers vs Blacktown City 08/08/2012 7:00PM
Llama Posted August 4, 2012 Its $15 to get entry to blacktown's premier league games both city and spartans....It's only $5 and as the math shows it will mean $25k going to an important club for the western sydney area well thats if we get a crowd of 5000. all NSWPL are $15. The price is set by Football NSW
WSSKIN Posted August 4, 2012 I'm not sure who bitched about 5 dollars, but whoever it is, good job captain dickhead.
Beretta Posted August 4, 2012 Don't worry, it'll probably be $15 against Sydney United. someone has to pay the players wages lol i think the few times they played Syd FC it was between $5-$10
JuveLeo Posted August 4, 2012 and if it is $5 or $10 you will be giving back to the clubs who will be producing the next Popovic, Ciara or Kwabena.
wilsonpastore Posted August 4, 2012 the $5 match fee is fine. i dont know why people are so outraged by it. it will give us a good indication of how we should expect our crowds this season as we will actually have paying customers who know about the event and have decided to turn up.
matty Posted August 4, 2012 can't wait to see how grumpy roverslad gets when he sees the pricelist for the A-League To be honest I was really surprised that the other games didn't cost 5, 10, maybe even 15 bucks. I mean the RBB ruined the hill at cook park and it'll need to be returfed, and out of who's pocket? Security and the electricity bill at blacktown olympic park can't be cheap and that was free too. I doubt the sausage sizzle paid for it. It's great that they were free but I'm absolutely more than happy to be paying $5 per friendly. I'll shout you if you want, roverslad. +1
Erebus Posted August 6, 2012 so....parking eh? Best place is to park at Seven Hill station parking lots? (the outdoor one or the multi-level one)
mack Posted August 6, 2012 I probably won't make this. I'm sick as a dog right now, don't think it'll clear up by tomorrow.
Erebus Posted August 6, 2012 But the game is on Wednesday I had manflu last week. going to the game didn't help and I subsequently took Thursday and Friday off work haha
mack Posted August 6, 2012 But the game is on Wednesday I had manflu last week. going to the game didn't help and I subsequently took Thursday and Friday off work haha I know, but I usually take a day to recover and I'll probably still be sick on Friday anyway.

Sucks man, more vitamins for mack Hah. I bought a bottle of 100 Vitamin C tablets even though it probably doesn't work, I think I've eaten half of them in the last day. Bought some berry, and some orange juice as well.
Whoops Posted August 6, 2012 so....parking eh? Best place is to park at Seven Hill station parking lots? (the outdoor one or the multi-level one) Doesn't seven hills station parking have one of the highest theft rates in Sydney?

Just a heads up mack your body can only take in a certain amount of vitamin c anyway, usually 1 or 2 tablets takes care of it as the rest is surplus to requirements

Find street parking? There is free parking on site. Enter by Quinn Avenue. When you enter the gates, turn right to Lily's parking area. If the parking area is full, people park on the grass verge of the driveway leading to Lily's, in the part before the little bridge that leads to the parking area. Then the next closest parking is street parking around the stadium area. It is a residential area, and there are no parking restrictions at that time of day or charges. Seven Hills station has plenty of cameras these days and when I park there I park within the range of a security camera. I've had no trouble there doing that. However, I doubt you will need to go that far afield to find a parking spot. I hope this helps.
Davo Posted August 7, 2012 Doesn't seven hills station parking have one of the highest theft rates in Sydney? I've parked there heaps of times and never had a problem. I once saw a hobo taking a dump in the car park although to be fair to him I don't think he had the wherewithal to steal a car. Plus if you're getting there between 6-7pm there'll be heaps of people coming home from work so it'll be a bit busy for thieves.
Davo Posted August 7, 2012 How long is the walk from Sevo station to the ground? Or is it a taxi? Easy walk. 10mins max and it's nice and flat.
Redhead Posted August 7, 2012 How long is the walk from Sevo station to the ground? Or is it a taxi? Exit the station on the northern side - the side with the multi-floored carpark. Walk straight up Prospect Highway, cross over the road at the lights at the intersection of Prospect Highway and Lucas Road. There is a large sign to Lily's at this intersection. Walk up Lucas Road to Quinn Avenue on the right. The entrance is at the end of Quinn Avenue. Turn left after the main gate for Lily's, or right to go to the stadium.
papersun Posted August 7, 2012 Hi Redhead, Don't want to be too pedantic but don't you go straight ahead to the stadium from the entrance at the end of Quinn ave and turn right to go to Lily's? That's how i'd desribe it anyhow. Anyhow it's impossible to miss the stadium from the entrance in Quinn ave, you're literally right in front of it.
moxey25 Posted August 7, 2012 It's only $5 wtf relax lol hahaha We're westies! $5 is hard earned! Joking, of course.
sydneycroatia58 Posted August 7, 2012 Ok so it's 10:36pm on Tuesday night and there is currently nothing to stop me finally seeing us play. No doubt tomorrow something gravely important will come up.
MrJuventus1981 Posted August 7, 2012 Just told my boss I have to leave early Wednesday night for "personal reasons" .... he fell for it !!!!! w00t

You'd think I'd know my right hand from my left hand by now??? Lily's is down the drive on the right, the stadium is on the left as you enter the main gate. I got it right last time I typed it further above - where was my head this time???
